Third Advent

I had a wonderful day making more tags, listening to quiet music and enjoying the fairy lights for Christmas. This time of the year is very special to me, I love the calming mood before the rush of the holidays. Lots of candles light the house, and instead of a tree, this year I’ve made some decorations out of natural material. I most of all enjoy found materials like leaves and twigs, nuts and seeds to make wreaths. We don’t have much snow around here but it’s kind of weird that there are still some Hydrangea petals in lovely colors. From pale blue to reddish purple they shine their faded beauty. But once the first frost has come, they will be gone. Normally I never cut flowers, but I couldn’t resist this time of cutting three little petals, they felt like a treasure.
The scissors I found in an old table I bought some years ago together with a bundle of rope hidden in the corner of the drawer. They must have been there for quite some time as they look pretty old.
They’re packed in little packages with 4 or 6, with or without a little box. If you want any additional information about pricing etc., please let me know.

Third Advent

I like to illustrate my imaginary world by expressing and translating my thoughts and feelings into color and pattern.
