Inspiration and WIP

Inspiration lies in small things, for me it derives from a walk in nature, listening to a song, reading a poem or just musing and wandering. During the tiniest part of a second I feel touched or moved, and an image appears. When I don’t have the time or opportunity to process this impression, it will be gone. And that happens often, it is almost impossible to let come alive all the emotions and feelings that I am aware of. I always work on several pieces simultaneously. In this way, I don’t get lost in details and it gives me new perspective every time I look at it. I never have a plan, I just sit down and start. So the result we always be a surprise.

I like to illustrate my imaginary world by expressing and translating my thoughts and feelings into color and pattern.
