I am always looking for new colors that, for some reason, speak to me. Mostly I don’t need more than a few colors and I will mix my own. But this pink….was so inviting, I couldn’t resist. It was a new color from Winsor & Newton and is called ‘opera rose’. Only the name resonates beautifully and I immediately started painting. I could even hear her singing her soprano solo. Her singing came naturally and her performance was a delight.
