Painting the story

There always is a story, you just have to be aware of it.
I love to make up my own stories, maybe not specifically to write them down but just process them in my head and then paint an impression. Giving human characteristics to animals is just natural for me. Looking at animals I try to listen to their story and although I can never even come close to what they think and feel, at least I try and enjoy expressing my imagination.

I like to illustrate my imaginary world by expressing and translating my thoughts and feelings into color and pattern.
